Always friendly and caring and always happy to help.
Amazing care of relatives and patients.
Nicola the matron, Sian Taylor and Karen/Emma were fantastic as were the volunteers.
Pain relief on one occasion was not adequate we waited 90 mins.
Staff were so caring- nothing too much trouble.
If they had either more lymphodema, nurses or care assistants to help Cherole, Jo and Annabel.
They work non-stop at the clinic(everyday).
Very warm caring environment.
My father was treated with dignity and respect at all times.
I was very comfortable leaving my father in your care.
The team came in and took over when my brother and I had been caring for my dad at home but had come to the limit of our capabilities to give him the level of care that he needed. They were absolutely wonderful and a huge weight was lifted from our shoulders, enabling us to become dad's family again rather than his carers. Their compassion and professionalism were exemplary. Their presence was very reassuring and gave us time to put a care package in place, enabling dad to stay in his own home, which is what he wanted. I can't thank 'Charlie's Angels' enough and dad and our family are indebted to you.
I have only received care at home at the moment, but Joha has been brilliant, nothing is too much trouble and help and advice is first class.
It would take a lot to improve the service you give.
Someone was there for me every minute of the day. All the staff were very kind and caring.
The baked puddings were dry and needed more margarine (stork preferably) in the mixtures soup were too thick. The meals were very repetitive. Too many milk puddings etc sago and semolina.
All the staff were so caring. They took over a but in a kind and caring way. I couldn't speak more highly of all of them.
Nicola Grant and I were truly grateful for all they did and said. Thank you. A collection has been made at church service and will follow shortly. For the crisis team.
Very considerate and caring of both patient and wife. Nothing negative to say.
