Kind and helpful staff.
The hospice is to 'open' and allows people to come and go as they please.
Check in at reception and some door control would be very helpful.

The lady who came to see me and discuss my concern and issues was warm, friendly and very confident and gave me all the information I needed. I don't think any improvement are needed.

Extremely quick and efficient.
Workman that carried out home improvements was excellent - quick and left the house immaculately.

First meeting with Julie, she immediately put my husband and I at ease. She was able to offer guidance on medication and contacted my doctor within an hour of her departure to sort this.
This gives us a lot of confidence for the difficult times I face in the future. Delighted by the service given this far.
