The nurses are lovely, really make you feel that you are cared for and that you are a person not just a patient.
Also loved having my appointment reminders being in actually real person and not a pre-recorded message a very nice personal touch.

Very thorough check with helpful advice and good suggestions. Very caring attitude.
I have nothing but good comments to make about the clinic but it would be ever so nice to be a little closer, say in Liskeard, to serve Cornwall.

The initial phone call was a bit of a surprise. My fears however were eased very quickly. Information given was useful and will be very helpful in the future. My family were involved and treated with courtesy.
