Friendly and informative.
The only improvement I can think of is a nearer venue for treatment (I travel 40 miles to reach the center - 80 miles a day is both times consuming and costly, especially as I have not relied on someone to drive me.)

The care I have received has been first class.
The food superb.
One thing to note is that the volume could be a little smaller to avert waste.

Jo is the best asset a service could have. Patient and kind without condescending.
The people in your service, at the reception are your best resources.
The only negative is access if there was no available transport although not a problem for us.

It is the best care anywhere I have ever been. Everyone of the staff are courteous and caring, nothing is too much trouble. They make you feel like you're the only one there, always on hand.
Always cheerful and bubbly, there staff definitely aren't here just for a pay packet, it is genuine care and attention for the sick. Thank you so much St Lukes.

The care in the home was excellent but I was in crisis when I needed the help despite asking the hospital and St Luke's Hospice to ensure the care package was set up before my husband went home. They didn't - after 1st night the team could not have been better.
