Great care and gentleness shown when dressings were changed. Staff willingness to answer requests. Audit forms for feedback info- a good idea and fairly comprehensive. A good range of nursing levels available to call on that also conduct daily visits to discuss and and assess your individual needs. Friendly and willingness of staff to give you time and take on interest in you.
