From her initial visit when she spent a great deal of time, talking me through my lifestyle in and outside the house, she was able to answer what my needs were regarding appliances etc. After the equipment was delivered, she made another appointment to visit me and demonstrate how the appliances worked. Subsequently, she let me a contact number, that I could get in touch with her at any future time for any future advice if required. So my feeling is of complete confidence in this wonderful service (and other services) provided by the St Luke's hospice team. I cannot see that it could be improved in any way.
