It was individual and detailed. All questions and queries were answered and discussed, Other options were considered. I never felt rushed and every effort was made to fit in with my availability. I valued the advice given and felt comfortable and relaxed during treatment. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. I can recommend the canteen too!
