With so much going on in my head at this time it was good to feel that I was an individual with specific needs and not just another number. I felt able to ask questions and even to have a good cry. With access to a clinician, OT, and befriending service I have found that, as they are all able to have with each other, I haven't needed to ask for help elsewhere.
