My care was person centered and met my needs. On one occasion, I felt forced to apologize to one member of staff that I didn't feel deserved the apology but I did as I was ask to do as I felt that I was on the back toot and I did not want my care to suffer. This has happened on a previous stay with the same member of staff.

She gave him time and did her best she was the right person and a good match. He always looked comfortable with her. The session were always good. He could sing doing and smile when I reminded him she was coming to see him. If it was a bit longer ( more sessions) that could be great.

Cannot put into words just how amazing the staff and facilities are. Right from the beginning, we have all been so humbled at the support given to my husband. A place full of peace and severity with the kindest and most understanding staff members. Thank you.
