I recieved the best care from all the staff, had wonderful conversations and better understanding of things I was unsure about. They are friendly, fun and funny people to be answered.

The support I received was excellent it was a relief to be able to share my feelings of grif and loss with a relative stranger not always easy with friend and family. I was made to feel that I was not alone in what I was feeling and that I should be kinded to myself ie not expect to get ever my feelings quickly or in any particular way. I was made to feel I wa an individual but that the process I was going through of giving and sadness is a part of everyone's experience of loss and that everyone gets through it in their own way and at their own pace. I was treated with great understanding and empathy.
Suggested improvements
In more normal times it would have been good to meet face to face but given the necessity of distance sessions I could not have asked for more.
