Absolutely nothing could be improved. I was feeling down and without not much hope left, but when nurses Diana and Becky left I felt a different person their talk inspired me, with the help and assistance they are able to give me was a tonic. So how could you ever improve on that!! They made me feel alive again, and that I was living with my cancer not dying with it and I am indebted to both of them.

Sharon was extremely helpful in explaining everything about treatments to help me make a correct informed decision. She made me feel at ease for the whole length of the treatment, so much so I fell asleep on a number of occasions!
In my opinion nothing about the end service should be changed, Sharon is perfect as she is and at what she does for patients.
The big problem we found was with poor communication from the office at the beginning regarding dates and times.

The class has helped me a lot and make me comfortable. It is a very nice class. Mary and Teri are excellent and very nice. They have given me lots of support and advice.
I feel we could have more time and 12 weeks seems to go fast.
I will miss the class and always look forward on Tuesday.
