Sharon was extremely helpful in explaining everything about treatments to help me make a correct informed decision. She made me feel at ease for the whole length of the treatment, so much so I fell asleep on a number of occasions! In my opinion nothing about the end service should be changed, Sharon is perfect as she is and at what she does for patients. The big problem we found was with poor communication from the office at the beginning regarding dates and times.
