Susan was very easy to talk to. She made me feel better about what’s going on in my life. As well as helped me realise that I need to allow myself time to grieve. And to make time for me.
Thank you so much for your time and kindness.
excellent service, really helped and I think I'll use them again if need be
The support I received was fantastic. Having struggled to mentally process my grief and loss it was good to meet with people who had been in the same situation as me. Megan, who lead the group, was fantastic and really helped me understand the way I feel is completely normal.
Professional approach, good knowledge, experience and skills.
I wasnt sure what to expect, but Debbie was extremely supportive and understanding. Helped me to feel it was ok to cry and to be still missing my dad
My therapist was Lucy, we really had a connection. She was excellent at picking out nuggets from our conversations and suggesting strategies to help me through the bereavement process. A truly excellent service. Thank you Lucy.
