Very pleasant staff and great all round experience.
The complementary therapy I received was second to none I have nothing but praise for the staff.
My counselor Megan was amazing she guided me to talk without pushing and helped me realise my greif for my mother, whilst in the process of my sessions my father passed away which was a difficult time, and Megan helped me through this aswell.
Hannah was wonderful! Initially I didn't know whether I wanted or even needed to receive counselling, even though I had self referred. Having completed my sessions I feel better equipped to deal with my situation and have a far better understanding of how to approach things going forward.
I found the carers lovely, helpful and they treated both my husbands and myself with respect.
Karen was so supportive but gently challenging. I felt able to be honest with her and also to be able to use the coping strategies she suggested.
The whole hospice experience was remarkle .
Amber helped me out massively over the last few weeks everything she said helped me couldn’t of asked for a better person to help me through this hard time
I found Mary so easy to talk too. Nothing was off limits. And most of all the service was there when I needed it. Not when the service said I needed it.
I can't thank all the staff involved with Trevor's care or the care shown to me enough.
Thank you
The experience for myself was very positive heather was amazing, thoughtful throughout thank you for the experience and the good work you all do, it makes the diffference.
I felt I could talk openly without judgement it was hard at times as many nternal thoughts I could not share friends or family I felt awful having such thoughts but to hear that these thoughts are common, gave comfort.
