Cannot praise them enough for showing care to Dennis, wonderful to have support from qualified staff and I could relax and trust them with Dennis, I managed up until he could not walk and then needed 2 helpers to bed wash him and cream him like a new- born. Thank you.

Suggested improvements
There is nothing you could have done better. No complaints. He has had 5 star treatment after thought. Could have done with you a week earlier but not told of any help available!

The whole hospice at home team (virtual ward) were responsive, kind and professional. They were supportive without being invasive and were able to reassure us and our mum at every visit. ALL the team made the end of life period for my mum a stress free as possible allowing us to enjoy her last week of life

Review of Bereavement
22nd July 2021

I accessed the bereavement counselling service. I had 6 sessions with a counsellor called Chris who was very supportive and definitely has helped me work through my loss. Would definitely recommend this valuable service.

Suggested improvements
Face to face consultation would have been nice.

Review of Bereavement
8th July 2021

I had gone through a lot of trauma of having been hospitalised with Covid, losing my father to Covid and having to go through isolation on my own. The supportive phone call and later video calls gave me reassurance and comfort when I was feeling low or angry.

Suggested improvements
Due to Covid there were no real time face to face sessions. The Video calls were good.
