I’m truly grateful to St Helena for supporting me. Losing my twin was so devastating. Kay is the ideal bereavement counsellor. She has excellent listening skills and is genuinely empathetic. During my discussion with her I was able to gain important insights into how I was feeling, and the reasons why. I received my counselling at the right time, and was most grateful to Carol for keeping me informed.
I made the decision not to take up further sessions. I feel Kay has helped me get to the next step - and I need to stay at this point for a while.
I’m grateful that Kay said I can come back to you if I need further help.
A service appropriately delivered in good time.
I was impressed by the time given to me and the information leaflets on breathing which I have been following and I believe are helping me.
From the first phone call Terri helped me through some really difficult emotions and some of the issues that were causing me to feel 'Stuck' after my husband died.
I am so grateful for her help and now feel able to move on with my life.
The real care they gave, nothing more could have been done. They were happy to talk to my daughte, and myself.
Were very pleased with how quickly the care and equipment arrived at what became a difficult time suddenly.
I found it very helpful and informative easy to understand.
Felt listened too. Very supported, welcomed, great advice and was reminded of exercises and advice throughout.
Julia made me feel so relaxed.
