I believe my father was treated with the care, respect and dignity that I myself would want to be treated with.
Responded quickly to all my questions.

Staff very caring, friendly and helpful.
The virtual ward looked after my brother [name removed] at his end of life.
Anne-Marie, Aga and Rachel were all amazing with my brother, and my interactions with Becky and Cathy were also top class. They could not have done any more to guide and reassure my brother and myself through this traumatic period. Thank you so much to all.
Amber made me feel so much better in such a short time, she was kind and respectful and replied perfectly every time I spoke. She didn't just listen, she helped me to discover and unpack everything in my mind relating to my loss, and even pointed me towards another type of counselling that could also benefit me (trauma counselling).
Because the care has been excellent.
