At first I wasn’t sure if bereavement telephone counselling would be the best choice for me but Right from the very first session with my counsellor Lucy I felt at ease. I received tremendous support from Lucy and am so grateful for all the help I received.

In my own personal experience I don’t feel any improvement is needed.
