Review of Bereavement written by a patient
12th February 2017

I felt I was listened to challenged my thoughts and beliefs in myself which enabled me to learn more about myself. I was sad when my sessions came to an end but have found the service very beneficial. I would like to thank Kim for her support and guidance. The care I received has been great and have no suggestions for improvement.

Everybody I dealt with were very kind and helpful. It was a 6 week bereavement group and I got on well with the other members and felt I learnt from their experiences. Feel better for going and more able to cope. The ladies running the course were lovely.

My husband and I have only just received a visit from a nurse called Andrea Moore. We were very impressed by her kindness and understanding, of course we are both nervous of the future outcome but after Andreas visit we felt we were not alone. She was honest, understanding and so kind. Thank you.

My husband wants to thank the staff who cared for him yesterday and today for their kindness and gentleness. We are both as grateful for the care the staff provided, which is first class.

Brilliant to be able to get to speak to someone in the middle of night. When worried about deteriorate condition and medication and be reassured and advised- priceless. Also brilliant communication with care services/follow up next day. Improve. Called and it rang- no reply. Guessed busy with another caller tried again 5 mins- no reply. Then got ring back. Would be good to know it's busy and call will be returned when free.

As a family we could not fault the love, care and support we got from single point, it meant so much to us at the very sad time of losing a dear husband, dad and granddad. We all felt very safe having you all involved over the last days of my dad passing away.

Everything about the care of my partner was excellent my only comment was that I would like to know more about the drugs used and their side effects.

I don't think anything could be changed. My stay here has been very good. The doctors have made me a lot better and I feel more healthy than I have for a long time.
