Kelly was extremely sensitive and professional - she was interested in my father's situation and gave us the confidence that the service provided by the hospice will provide the best palliative care possible.
My only confusion was I thought Kelly was from Macmillan, until she explained about SinglePoint & the hospice. We're all new to this & we're still working out how all the different parties fit together to provide his care.
Structure of the weekly group was good.
Content good.
Timing good.
Maybe listened to 10 or 12 weeks.
Ability to participate in other complimentary therapies at the hospice i.e yoga, pilates, gym etc.
Nice people and feeling of being protected and cared for.

My counsellor was very understanding and caring. Always made me talk at my own pace, never rushed. When you have someone who you trust makes it easier to open up. Felt very supported and she understood me and my feelings.
St Helena Hospice was awarded the iWantGreatCare certificate of excellence in 2024 for delivering outstanding care.
