Kelly was extremely sensitive and professional - she was interested in my father's situation and gave us the confidence that the service provided by the hospice will provide the best palliative care possible. My only confusion was I thought Kelly was from Macmillan, until she explained about SinglePoint & the hospice. We're all new to this & we're still working out how all the different parties fit together to provide his care.
