Just to be able to talk about my loved one, the good and the bad and not be judged. To cry openly without family members seeing and being upset themselves. My therapist was a lovely lady who listened to me first and foremost. Thank you for a wonderful service.
Liz Mills provided a very clear and extremely informative appraisal of my condition. This was by far the best and most helpful explanation of my condition. I found it very reassuring to have this so clearly and well presented. As a consequence I understand my situation well and that places me in a good position to deal with it. I cannot think of any way the care could be improved - other than by the use of a magic hand.
Part of my health history was known already and I didn't have to go through it all again. The nurse was very nice and put me at ease.
Everything no faults.
I had an amazing care from Bill my counselor, he was easy to talk to and felt at ease with him, also from the lovely ladies on reception, who made me a drink while I waited for my appointment. Thank you.
Good: Attitude shown by nurses towards an old, hard of hearing patient, endless patience and kindness, good physical care which shaved an ongoing understanding of my needs.Very clean and pleasant surroundings. All staff were good at listening to my needs and concerns; including consultants, doctors, nurses and all domestic staff. The food was varied and imaginative and cooks helpful and obliging.
Bad: Nothing I can think of.
The caring is excellent, you are not just a number but a person.
Nurse was totally interested in me, my well being and how she could make life easier for me.Very reassuring and comforting.
Good that I have the care and support from the hospice.
Thank you.
