I would say that the care I received was rewarding and I would very much like to leave this again very soon.
The best thing about my counselling was being listened to not judged. Not being given opinions. I felt I was understood.
Cannot think of anyway my treatment could be improved.
My care was amazing and there is nothing I could recommend to improve.
Accept to add Lorraine is an amazing bereavement counsellor and thank you all for your support now and in the past.
Sophie has been coming to see me for the past few months and has been a godsend helping to sort my pain medication. She makes suggestions about various subjects but always makes me feel I can choose the answers.
We are lucky to have her help.
Nothing could improve on the care and support received today. Liz Mills listened carefully to everything and gave good advice. Would not hesitate to recommend this service to anyone needing her support.
It was an assessment. Not a care visit.
Excellent food and care. Food first class. Faultless. Beautiful!
The bereavement group was sympathetically led of by the 2 counselors, they facilitated sharing of the groups feelings and emotions which 'in turn' helped the group empathize with each other and comfort one another by tears, hugs and 'just' listening.
Jacks who did my treatment, Raki was excellent, both competent and skillful also very caring. I was always left with a wonderful feeling of well being and I hope to be able to continue having her for further treatment.
Carolyn was amazing. Instantly relatable, I felt comfortable and as though I'd known her forever.
I was feeling very low and overwhelmed and from day 1 I felt as though I was taking control back of my life.
The experience has completely changed my life.
