Whilst I understand the importance of confidentiality and a person's right to give permission, in order they receive help - it is not always obvious to an individual that they need help and support. For example, if my husband had not given permission for support then support may not have been given until it was too late.
Staff very friendly and professional. All staff doctors and nurses have/make time to listen to any problems.
Very good service plus if I should need their services again in the near future depending on how I am and my life is its nice to know I can come back and that they are always there for me would recommend Wendy so lovely.

Nothing to improve!
Personal attention and relaxed but professional care from every member of the team, whether they were employed or volunteers. Such a great place to spend every precious moment with people that make you feel you matter. Could not ask for more.
