From day 1 paid was kind and listened to what I said and gave me positive feedback. I couldn't talk without crying, but the things that she suggested to me really helped me understand why I was feeling so sad. But of was now so much better.
Safe place, happy place! Nice to see new staff Emma gaining her confidence.
6 sessions not long enough, but appreciate other need a chance to come.
Treated with consideration. Never hurried. Concerned about the 'whole' person, their family and the relationship with the family and wider community.
There are no improvements that I could think of particularly they may be more visits but that is only being selfish. I am more than grateful for what I had.
I have only been with your service a few months, and found it very helpful, and caring.
I was treated and looked after very well. I felt very confident with the care I received.
It was good to have support and advice on who to contact if we need help and also to get help with benefits etc. The nurse was kind and caring and I don't think you could improve on this.
N/A. It was all done very professional and down to earth at the same time. I wouldn't change anything the way it was done.
Kim was my bereavement counsellor she was so easy to approach and very kind. Extremely understanding. I had no idea all the emotions I was experiencing was grief.
She didn't mind me introducing with a question as I had stroke if something comes into my head I have to say it or I forget. She has helped me so much. I really don't think I would be here right no without having Kim in my life at this rough time. Thank you so much.
My bereavement visitor was kind and compassionate and helped me greatly. She listened and explained the process of grief to me and helped me through one of the darkest periods of my life. Altogether a very professional service was given.
