A relaxing course with a nice mixture of movement and relaxation. Wonderful staff to assist as always.
I had received (6 weeks prior private counselling) provided b y the NHS which I was unable to find myself after so changing over was difficult for me and the patient at first for a number of reasons. I felt well understood and supported throughout. My last session today as start a new role and can't get Friday off. Will review if needed.
The service offered compassion, a place to explore my feelings and express myself knowing that I wouldn't be judged. It allowed me space to cry without feeling guilty about doing so.
What a fantastic place this is. A place of calm and tranquillity, a place where you actually forget why you are there and feel more like you're on holiday. Which seems the wrong thing to say but that's how amazing this place and all the staff are. We couldn't have wished for a better place for our mother to be cared for. She definitely got the love, care and attention she so needed and deserved.
Lillian on the bereavement team at the Clacton Hospice was a great help to me.

She was very nice, helpful and informative. Made me feel a lot more comfortable with my diagnosis etc.
The staff were very helpful. Having the jacuzzi baths was very enjoyable as were the massages and treatments.
