I was quite pleased with Karen she forgot to come on the first appointment, she looked at the other page.
My anxiety hit the roof waiting, and waiting and not coming, I phoned after an hour later.
When Karen came the next week, I thought she was very nice. I had 5 appointments, not enough.
Too many people needing help.
Thank you for looking after patient, she was at St. Helena Hospice had a few days then died.

Very friendly atmosphere and easy to commute with the staff member and other people in the group.
Able to take on board how to use mindfulness techniques- in your own time and way without any pressure.
Where to find more information so that you could look information up for yourself.
Knowing how to attempt the methods for yourself.
Very enjoyable course.

A wonderful nurturing and supportive environment and Mark and Denise are just so uplifting and fabulous listeners. Would recommend it to anyone!

The two leaders were experienced in the subject, participated with members and skillfully led us through the course of mindfulness.
The venue was comfortable and helped participants to feel relaxed and to enjoy the course.

I was treated with dignity throughout the course.
Staff were amazingly helpful. I learnt so much and I believe my wellbeing has improved due to this.
I do not think anything needs to improve.
