I was quite pleased with Karen she forgot to come on the first appointment, she looked at the other page. My anxiety hit the roof waiting, and waiting and not coming, I phoned after an hour later. When Karen came the next week, I thought she was very nice. I had 5 appointments, not enough. Too many people needing help. Thank you for looking after patient, she was at St. Helena Hospice had a few days then died.
