I used the single point service and always found a quick and efficient service delivered by competent staff who immediately made you feel on safe hands. Excellent service. Also the community nurse visited to help with pain relief for my husband. Efficient, caring - no complaints and worth alot to us both.

My GP referred to your service several weeks ago now. Becky Rix has and still is my worker. As soon as she came and assessed my needs, everything fell into place quickly an efficiently. I have been visited by O.T., physio and equipment service, D.N's, all of whom have helped me. Throughout, the service has run smoothly and I have been treated with dignity, respect and care. I cannot praise your service enough. So far I haven't had any negatives so all I can say about improvements is don't over burden your staff, they do a fantastic job. They spend as much time with you as you want. Nothing is too trouble.

Everything was good, the time the dedication, the understanding and care put into the sessions over the weeks. I am very grateful for having this treatment counselling with Loraine.

My mother in law stayed there for 5 days and she told, been poked by the nurses, forgot to serve her food once. Her hands do not work properly so can not use cutlery so when left food in plate never been offered help from nurse on duty. So she had to eat only biscuits or chocolates left by family. She been asked twice if need shower or bath, she said yes twice but nobody turned up to give her bath so she stayed there without having bath. She got extremely disappointed and said would never recommend anyone for St Helena, Colchester. CO4 9JU

Leanne was very understanding and friendly. She listened to me and never judged. She was sympathetic and had empathy. She helped with questions I had and gave answers and which really helped me through my grieving. She helped me when I said I felt guilty as we all think we should've done more to help the person who died. Nothing could be improved. Thank you.

The help If my wife received was second to none, the friendliness the advice on financial help was 1st class and no words of thanks would be high enough.
