One of your team was very understanding because I have a lot of problems at the moment and it is driving me of my head. I have not spoke to my counclar for a couple of weeks. I have rang office twice left a message but I have had no reply. I know she is very busy. When she get 5 she will contact me.

Overall the team were excellent, the slowness of the team being contracted could have been made easier.
The team were always very attentive to my needs and more than helpful, they more than went the extra mile.

Firm November 2012 l did not know who to turn to as there is little information or after care on becoming hospital.Especially when one is in terrific pain.
Since Dr Davids (Narin Dowill).
Accure involved 2014 my life has changed in as much l have service to take over problems with and morely etern cur sorted straight away brilliant.

We have been very impressed with the help your team has given us , from the time female entered hospital, the team has been near her and service sh has been home we have been personelly asked and phoned and this has been very much appreciated.You have adviced us about clinical help and especially about requirement equipment.

I find going to the day hospice is a great help you meet people who care in the same position as yourself. The staff are really good at making you feel welcame and cannot do enough for you. Thank you, St David's Day Hospice.
