I cannot sing praises of St David's enough. My team at hospital did not refer nor told us to self refer hence low score on No.8. It was only when District nurse got involved did we get referral. And since then we have received excellent care and assistance.

Both the hospice facilities and care have been excellent. I could not ask for more.

I would like to say that the care I have received from day one has been 1st class. The nurse is always polite and listens to any concerns or queries we have. The service I have received for both disability help needs and also finance help I have provided (are payments and P.I.P) have been exc. Many thanks to all.

It was a great relief to see Gwen she had nursed my mother some 16 months previously, so knew the family background. I cannot praise her delivery of care highly enough. She responded rapidly and sensitively to every deterioration in my father's health and was much needed and greatly appreciated support to me as a full-time carer. I also praise the care delivered by the day hospice team of county hospital my father enjoyed his days there and I welcomed the break, knowing that he was in good hands. Thank you.
