It was a great relief to see Gwen she had nursed my mother some 16 months previously, so knew the family background. I cannot praise her delivery of care highly enough. She responded rapidly and sensitively to every deterioration in my father's health and was much needed and greatly appreciated support to me as a full-time carer. I also praise the care delivered by the day hospice team of county hospital my father enjoyed his days there and I welcomed the break, knowing that he was in good hands. Thank you.
