I have answered these questions on a general basis. The lady that visited my mum in law was very nice and very caring. She asked questions and consulted with her doctor re medication adjustments. The doctor called on her and had discussion re reviewing her medication. Good outcome so far.

First of all we would like to thank you all, for being there and caring about people like us, we were told about you from Cheryl George's INR nurse, who passed it by Dr Alan Evan's whom I believe contacted a lady called Tracy Elliot. She called to see george and she was wonderful such a lovely caring person, because at the time we were in limbo. We didnt now who to turn to, and thank god for tracy she has helped us in many ways, we now have nurse's calling twice a week to see to george. She's also got the social services involved, and anything george or myself want to know she has told us, and they are all lovely people, so once again we would like to thank everyone of you from the bottom of your head. I have been so pleased with the care I have been given, and with the thoughtfull ones of all the staff and their dedication, each one made me feel, that I was a person not an invalide with no hope. Thank you all for so many things, it is good to know I am not alone. Thank you and may our Lord be with you.
