After feeling 'in limits' with he's health problem I feel that progress can be made with the worries I and frank have - as he has many health issues just need a way ahead so we know what we are dealing with.
Suggested improvements
As far I am concerned they did all they could to advise, help and most of all re-assurance that action until be taken on the concerns I have they were great.
