I was given full caring from someone obviously experienced in dealing with my condition.

Have more experienced staff so that waiting lists are not so long and educate GPs to refer these conditions early so that treatment can be more effective. I know this is impossible. :)

The support so far has been fantastic- it is great for us to know, people are just at the end of the phone 24/7. Every nurse has been so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and carin 1st class.

I was extremely nervous on attendidng my appointment. I did not know what to expect and I was unsure of the outcome Lucy was excellent in her manner and approach and made me feel at ease.

She was knowledgeable, patient kind and informative./n- The visit was excellent there was nothing that lucy could have done better for me at my appointment it was the best treatment I have had from the NHS.

Nothing. The staff were amazing and were very understanding of the need for his staff team to visit and support him to explain his condition, symptoms etc. which he struggled with due to his Autistic traits.
