Some staff very good, others to quick and no feelings, also had problem with some not wearing PPE.
Suggested improvements
Some could be more considerate and not have to be told what to do.

St. Cath's is a very special place - the staff have a wonderful caring and empathetic approach that enabled me to recover sufficiently to return home - my family and I will be forever grateful.

Friendly and professional care throughout and an evident care and concern for the well being of patients.
Suggested improvements
All parking spaces dose to the clinic were occupied. As it was a dry day I had no problem waiting outside after walking from the main car park, but there would have been a problem has it been raining.

The nurse was very thourough in explaining what Lymphoedema is a how the lymphatic system works. She also explained how to wear the comperssion stockings. Measured me and arranged for prescription to obtain these garments.
