I was reassured that my condition had not worsened, in fact needing showed it had improved and I was treated with respect, in a non-urgent manner, which made me feel important as so often people's appointments are rushed.

We were welcomed into the reception area, we were treated extremely with kindness. The staff took great lengths to explain the lymph system and we were very satisfied.

Nothing.
It was a very pleasant appointment, we came away more knowledgeable.

Lucy is very kind and caring as well as willing to share her knowledge. She is very supportive and treated me as and human being with concerns rather than just a patient!

It's a shame you cannot get your care budget for the prescriptions as Lockstock Hall Medical centre seem unable to follow the letter of instructions. :(

Everything was explained to me and my understanding was confirmed. I was dealt with sensitively at all times and the staff were very kind and pleasant and put me at ease. A treatment plan was put in place.
