2 nurses came to see me today 18/5122. They were so very nice and helpful if I am found to be stage 4 I have every confidence in St. Catherine's hospice.
Suggested improvements
You could not do anything better than the treatment I received you cannot improve on perfect.

Very thorough and concerned explanation of my condition and the treatment.
Suggested improvements
It would here been good if the lymphedema nurse could present herself, rather than having to { } via the G.P this getting stockings and medication quicker I needed.

I want physical healthcare givers to be kind, empathetic honest, transparent, realistic and willing to answer questions. I 100% received this level of care.
Suggested improvements
As above, I was grateful for the exceptional service. 1 point, a helpful point out of dos and don'ts for lymphedema would be helpful - so much information!

My time in St. Catharines was wonderful, I was very well looked after. The staff, doctors everyone were amazing. Thank you so much.

I do not feel there is anything to improve on St. Catherines hospice and all staff are amazing.

Everyone was so caring helpful and made me feel safe and comfortable, noting was to much to ask for.
I wasn’t judged about being a smoker.
Everyone was amazing.
Suggested improvements
The plastic name tags could to have a safer plastic so they don’t dig in the skin, when being dressed/ undressed.
