Put my partner in a room which was easier to observe as he kept falling out of bed. I was offered bereavement counselling 3 weeks ago and no one has contacted me about this.

Because you made me feel confident and reassured that I was not going to be left on my own any longer to care for my terminally ill mother and help organise different departments of care which has been very confusing and time consuming so far. A sign of relief that help is at hand.
