I am completing this form for my husband who is 90 years of age and has dementia and cancer. The care he has received is totally excellent.

Dignity and care (my father was a resident) was always at the top of priority. The understanding by staff, when family members are at their worst, confused and very upset, was exemplary. I could not have asked for more.
Suggested improvements
I cannot think of anything to add here. My father passed and the support to make sure his Muslim Burial possible was above and beyond he would have been very happy.

Compared to their stays in hospital the level of care and service was above and beyond what we might have expected.
Suggested improvements
The room sometimes felt a little cold. We feel the medication that was administered in their final hours could have started earlier to make their passing less distressing for us all.
