Although staff was unresponsive throughout his stay he was treated in a dignified personal way. This enabled his final few days to be peaceful and, for me his wife if 35 years to be with him and fully supported in a compassionate professional way.

Every member of staff - doctors, nurses, carers, cleaners, catering, admin...looked after him with so much love. Everyone is so kind and caring and helped make her as comfortable as she could possibly be. I cannot say how appreciative I, lady's family and friends are of all you did for her but also for us too!!

Although in the hospice for a very short time, the care and attention given by all was amazing, as was the attention given to family at such as bad time.

Excellent, caring, loving service even though my dad was only with you for 24 hours I am so grateful that his last hours were spent in such a calm and peaceful setting.

Nothing, you are all angels. I would also like to mention Chloe who managed to get my dad into the hospital which I know wasn't an easy task. Thank you once again.
