Chloe gave me good information. I felt I could be honest with her.
The building was clean and welcoming, everyone we met was friendly. Lucy was really kind and caring and answered all my questions.
Having moved my wife from the medical assessment unit at Chorley, the peace and quiet of st Catherine's was like entering a different world.
She was given a large room where family could visit or stay over at any time during her stay.
She was monitored 24/7 and given pain relief as and when required, her personal hygiene was taken care of extremely efficiently and she was offered but sadly couldn't accept the array of foods that were offered.
The staff from entering the building where the receptionist, care assistants, nurses and doctors were both kind and understanding to our situation.
I would also commend Charlotte and Emma who visited my wife prior to her confinement.
Nurse listened to our needs and wished. Everything discussed has been actioned with in days.
Excellent communication.
Clearly highly knowledgeable/professional supportive and helpful. Follow up arranged.
Tracey Rhodes visits the prison to see different patients. She is kind and caring and always treats them with respect, she is able to offer good advice to patients and staff within the prison whilst maintaining their dignity and working with the prison regime.
Excellent and caring.
Throughout wonderful that we were allowed to bring a family along in.
The care my husband received was, outstanding he was treated with kindness, compassion and dignity. We as a family also got the same treatment.
Because that was the kind of care you need at that time of your life.
