The ladies explained everything I needed to know, and why. They did not rush me, every procedure and questions were reasoned out and they carea me a follow up appointment there and then. They were brilliant.

Staff were confident about giving advice and made me feel relaxed.
Suggested improvements
I was concerned that I could have a patient talking in the next room, but he was quite loud, there may be an issue with confidentiality.

Very caring and compassionate. The staff could nt do enough at a time when it was most needed. I will be forever grateful.
Suggested improvements
It was my husband in the hospice I stayed with him day and night. I would have been better for me if someone had explained what food I could have or even buy and what facilties for storing and hearing food. I got different information from different staff.
