Alan was cared for and told me himself he was comfortable cared for and happy to be in St. Catherine.

I can find no faults at all. Everything you did was to make Alan comfortable at all times. (Thank you for that).

The care and compassion shown to us as a family was unbelievable, from the doctors, nurses. Healthcare assistants, all other staff and volunteers thank you to each and everyone.

Mum seen by been making and Tracey. A plan which embraced mum’s needs and wishes while offering support to the family. The plan was detailed, expensive and personal.

Although my husband only spent 2 days at St. Catherines, the care provided by all staff was exemplary. It was like a weight was lifted off our shoulders the moment he came into St. Catherines.

Nothing at all both the care and the environment was wonderful. It was lovely looking out onto the garden and seeing the wildlife which my husband loved.

For the few hours, my mother was with you, after a very noisy ward. She was settled and peaceful, and able to slip away in peace.

Excellent, staff were kind and informative. They explained everything very well and were very caring. There was no rush in the appointment and plenty of time to discuss my care plan.
