It was a first visit. The nurse was very friendly, informative and explained all about medication, blood results from scan etc. Took time to listen and advise. Very reassuring. Thank you.
Nurse was lovely explained everything to us.
Kind, caring.
Husband was only in St Catherine's for less than 36 hours before he died but he couldn't have had better care and consideration from everyone. The doctor (I think her name was Lily) was particularly impressive - thorough, professional and caring, involving me in the process as well as fully including my husband as far as possible. My daughter and I also very much appreciated the support and help we had from the nurse in the hours after he died.
All the staff, nurses, reception, gardeners, maintenance all made you feel welcome and at ease The nursing staff were magnificent and I felt comfortable knowing mum was getting the best care possible.
The kindness and compassion of all the staff is overwhelming thank you.
Emme was so caring and understanding.
The staff very professional and caring. Understanding.
Chloe was kind and treated me with respect. She told us what we need to know now and for the future. I am very happy with the support she gave us.
Very attentive, very helpful. Becky alloyed fears and problems. Totally professional, very caring.
