The contact I had made me feel secure and supported.
Knowing that you can talk to staff about your worries and medical concerns is a great help. I use to be very bored at home St Catherine's Team got me interested in knitting and other crafts that I now feel better in myself.
The only way I can think to improve is to increase the days you get.
