I was very nervous and Julia Norris made me feel relaxed and explained everything in great detail. Really good.

What a wonderful place for my husband to spend his final days. Doctors, nurses, assistants, volunteers were absolutely brilliant. I dread to think how we would have coped without St. Catherines.

Julie Noris was a lovely lady who fully explained my illness. Cause and effects and ensured that I knew what to do with my treatment and compassion socks.

Suggested improvements
Nothing.

Which answer? 1-6? Or 7? Every single member of staff and volunteer were exceptional. Thank you no.5- with how vulnerable and ill Barry was we as a family didn’t feel like there were enough staff to leave him alone overnight. It was really hard for us to do we knew Barry, and how he thought.

Suggested improvements
Giving someone with a terminal illness, physio exercises stressed him (and me) out pointless. Also he wasn’t deaf. He just wasn’t being listened to, at times for what he knew he needed.

In the very short time my husband was with you the whole family was treated as friends, and with respect. We could not fault you.

Suggested improvements
Allowed us to use the toilet in his suite. It was a long 'run' to the public ones.
