The first and second time I attended the hospice I found nurse Maris to be very competent, very pleasant and a joy to talk to. She gave me advice that helped me, and on the second visit I found nurse Maris to be of the same quality.

No improvement I can think of. Everyone staff and volunteers were all very considerate and had "time for you" which is very lacking in the hospital environment. Many thanks.
