Today I saw Julie Norris-Lythodema specialist nurse. She made me feel well looked after. She was very knowledgeable and educated myself and my daughter present. She spent time and ensured I was happy with all aspects of care I received. I was very satisfied on leaving.

Julie Norris, has a caring attitude that was up to date with knowledge, her explanations were excellent and I learnt a lot about my condition, which I will remember as she explained it so clearly. A very caring person who certainly knows her staff.

Maxine conducted the interview with a very caring manner. She put my husband at complete ease and offered information which was most helpful. It was our initial visit to St Catherine's.

The nurse not only spoke to my parents about my mum's condition but also spoke to myself (son) about mum's condition and asked how I was dealing with everything. What was very nice and made me realise I'm not coping well.

Explanation of my condition was explained fully and I know what the condition of lymphoedema is, Julie explained it in more detail than I have ever had before so very grateful for that. Feel very reassured now.
