I was treated by a knowledgeable member of staff who was very informative. She took her time and explained everything clearly.
Suggested improvements
Signage on site. The door to the clinic is tricky- no longer automatic.

Was for from hospital care, my mum was at ease at the hospice.
Suggested improvements
Totally minor - when my mum would go prior to the funeral director, it was 'fridge' that was worked and feel this could of been addressed better.

Excellent medicines information, GP to be informed that an antiscience medication is not appropriate in my case. Very effective in getting a mattress changed third the district nurse.
